The University of Vermont Spatial Analysis Lab recently released this data through the NASA Carbon Monitoring System program, in collaboration with the University of Maryland.
This dataset maps leaf-on tree canopy at a resolution of 1m from Pennsylvania’s publicly available LiDAR data, supplemented with imagery from the National Agricultural Imagery Program (NAIP).
